As the lead project manager, Stephanie ensures that Wedding Connect remains a purposeful, elegant, and forward-thinking space for connection and collaboration in the Swiss wedding world.

Founder of The WES - Wedding & Event Stories

Lara Flückiger is the founder of The WES, a wedding planning agency based in Zurich. She supports international couples in creating refined, luxury weddings across Switzerland, Italy, and Europe. Known for her aesthetic sensitivity, calm presence, and attention to emotional detail, she crafts celebrations that are both meaningful and beautiful. As one of the organizers of Wedding Connect, she brings her hospitality, creativity, and thoughtful approach to help shape an inspiring and elevated event experience.
