Vision & Concept – Wedding Connect Switzerland
Wedding Connect is more than a networking event – it is an elegant platform for inspiration, exchange, and meaningful partnerships within the Swiss wedding and tourism industry.
On Thursday, November 27, 2025, we will gather around 100 carefully selected guests at the newly renovated Mandarin Oriental Savoy in Zurich. Our audience will include top-tier wedding planners, florists, photographers, venue managers, stylists, international wedding media, and high-reach content creators – all operating in the luxury segment.
In a beautifully curated setting, we will create space for genuine conversations, new synergies, and relevant insights – supported by short talks, live music, and a stylish apéro.
A special highlight for our guests would be our collaboration with Switzerland Tourism, which brings national credibility and international visibility to the event. Together, we aim to position Switzerland as a leading destination for luxury weddings and honeymoons – embedded in an exclusive, experience-driven format.
Our Mission: To foster meaningful, long-term connections across the Swiss wedding and tourism industry.
Target Audience: Luxury wedding planners, stylists, content creators, destination specialists, venues, florists, photographers, designers, and press representatives from Switzerland and abroad.
Format: Refined evening gathering with curated networking, keynote moments, live music (Rayla Blu), a dance performance by Eurovision artist Jeannine Bruderer, and a premium apéro.
Expected Guests: Around 100 key decision-makers and tastemakers from the premium and luxury sectors.
